OUR SOLUTION
We set out to create an intelligent multi-domain conversational system designed specially for a fintech giant, and the result was Česká Spořitelna's famous helper, George. Using our proprietary masterbot architecture, we coordinated the use of multiple chatbots across functions to create a single integrated virtual assistant.
